Creating and tracking incidents via service now
Hardware ordering – responsible for receiving and delivering hardware.
Coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBM.
RMA requests with various vendors
Hardware inventory\stock.
Project coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardware\software rollouts.
Desktop support with front-office and back-office staff.
Collaborate with large diverse teams.
